1. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. It must include all original tags, packaging (including the presentation box and protective plastics), and any accessories (e.g., warranty cards, manuals, links).
  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or Worn Watches: Any watch showing signs of wear, including scratches on the case, crystal, bracelet, or clasp.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Watches that have been specially ordered, engraved, or otherwise customized to your specifications.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Items Damaged by the Customer: Watches with damage due to accident, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Products Not Purchased from watches4u.shop.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 14-day window, please contact our customer service team at support@watches4u.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, including all materials and documents. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship the Return: Mail your return to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our facility. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • Approval: Upon successful inspection, we will notify you and process your refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Timeline: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed by our team and then an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

Please note: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For returns that are not a result of our error, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please process a return for a refund and then place a new order for the desired watch on our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect every watch before shipment.
